GigFrame is built and maintained by Elizabeth Mokrusa. This policy explains how the app handles your information. GigFrame is designed to be private by default.

No data collection by the developer

I do not collect, store, transmit, or have any access to your data. Everything you enter – client names, contact details, event logistics, photos, and documents – is stored on your device and in your own iCloud account. I have no server, and no ability to view, read, or intercept anything you save.

iCloud Sync (CloudKit)

To sync across your Apple devices, GigFrame uses Apple’s CloudKit framework. Your data is stored in your personal iCloud Private Database, synced only between your devices and Apple’s servers under your Apple ID. As the developer, I have zero access to this data.

Calendar

With your permission, GigFrame adds your gigs to your calendar and keeps their dates and times up to date. This happens directly on your device through Apple’s Calendar; the events live in your own calendar and are never sent to me. You can revoke calendar access anytime in iOS Settings.

Camera

With your permission, GigFrame uses the camera so you can capture race-day paperwork (parking passes, course maps) directly into a gig. Photos you capture are stored only in the app’s local data and your iCloud account.

Photos

When you attach an image, GigFrame uses the system photo picker. Only the images you specifically select are copied into the app – GigFrame does not request access to, or browse, your photo library.

Contacts

When you choose to import someone’s details, GigFrame uses the system contact picker. Only the contact you select is read, and only its name, phone, and email are copied into an entry you own and can edit. GigFrame does not request full access to your address book, does not read your contacts in bulk, and never uploads them.

Notifications

GigFrame can schedule local reminders on your device for your gigs. These are created and delivered on your device; no reminder content is sent to me.

No third parties, analytics, or tracking

GigFrame contains no third-party SDKs, no advertising, and no analytics or tracking. I do not sell or share your information – because I never receive it.

Your control over your data

You can view, edit, or delete any record in the app at any time. Deleting a record removes it from your device and, through iCloud, your other devices. Deleting the app removes its local data; data in your iCloud account is managed through your Apple ID.

Changes to this policy

I may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, so please review it periodically.
